It is a good idea to save the box your Pacojet came in. The styrofoam insert is designed to protect your Pacojet and insure the unit can be shipped without harm. Properly pack your Pacojet and ship it to us.

Include all the parts, the black outer beaker, the blade, and the splash guards so that we may inspect them during service.
